Wendy Kelly - Business Assistant, age 45
"I have practised yoga before but Marion's classes deal with far more than just the asanas and bring the whole philosophy to life. Even after a really aggravated day, I leave the class feeling refreshed and energised. I would highly recommend Marion to anyone who is interested in yoga or in improving their quality of life."
Deborah Sanders
"I attend Marion's Monday evening yoga class. It's the perfect recovery from the weekend and start of the week exercise.
I like that Marion is very attentive, trying to get everyone to do their best and to be aware of their bodies.
The benefits I've noticed are a calmer, clearer mind, and a more flexible body. I'm also starting to see the results when I look in the mirror and I'm sure I'm walking taller.
I started out with Marion's beginners course and then came back to join the weekly class as I missed it so much. I also think it is excellent value for money, which in the cost concious age has to be a bonus."
Ferzana Majid - IT Project Manager, age 35
"I loved this class, it really helped me to change the focus of my otherwise hectic life from work/stress to focusing on things that would benefit me. I became more relaxed with an improved positive outlook to life. I enjoyed the theory behind it all, and felt good in my mind and body."
