Yoga & Mindfulness
Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally. It is an ancient practice which increases awareness, clarity
and acceptance of our present-moment reality. Being mindful reduces stress, anxiety and depression and leads to a live of inner wisdom and joy.
During the 2 hours sessions we will apply the principles of mindfulness to our practice of postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama). Followed by about 10 - 15mins of mindful meditation.
The progression courses are suitable for everyone who would like to learn more about yoga and create a deeper relationship with their practice and themselves.
